COURSE SUMMARY

The course is aimed at professionals in any organisation who may work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.  It will explain what autism is and how a person centred approach is required when communicating with, and providing support for individuals with autism.

The course aims to support those working in private practice whose clients may have autism spectrum disorder.

 

How will the course be taught?

As a workshop, the course is intended to be delivered by presentations, activities, speakers and group discussion. Led by Katherine Goodsell, Chartered and Forensic Psychologist who specialises in the assessment and diagnosis of individuals with Autism.
